Usage and precautions of stone removal machine
A stone remover is a device used to remove impurities from grains. The operation demonstration of the stone remover is as follows:
1. Pour the grain that needs to be cleaned into the feeding hopper of the stone remover, and turn on the switch of the feeding hopper to allow the grain to enter the drum of the stone remover.
2. Adjust the motor speed of the stone removal machine to make the drum speed suitable for the grain to be cleaned. Generally speaking, the faster the speed of the drum, the better the stone removal effect, but it also increases power consumption and machine wear.
3. Adjust the air volume of the fan as needed, so that the wind blows towards the top cover of the stone removal machine, helping to remove light impurities from the grain. At the same time, the height of the air box can also be adjusted to make the air flow more concentrated and improve the stone removal effect.
4. Observe the discharge port at the bottom of the stone removal machine and check whether the cleaned grain meets the requirements. If there are too many impurities or the stone removal effect is not good, you can adjust the speed of the drum and the air volume of the fan again, and check the integrity of the screen.
After cleaning, turn off the feed hopper switch of the stone removal machine and stop the motor operation. At the same time, clean the residual grain and impurities inside the stone machine to maintain its cleanliness.
