Product introduction

Maize milling plant adopts steel structure. It also includes cleaning equipment, peeling & degerming equipment, and maize mill equipment or maize grits machinery. The steel structure can save covering area and looks good.Maize milling plant adopts advanced peeling and degerming technology to extract pure endosperm. It also produces high quality maize grits and maize flour. This set of milling plant also saves power but has high output rate, so that the production cost is saved.

Corn processing 

1. Raw grain cleaning section: the vibrating cleaning screen, stone remover and magnetic separator are used, and the large and small impurities in the grain are cleaned through the equipped air separation system.

2. Peeling and embryo removal section: peeling, polishing, sieving and selection.

1) Two peeling and one polishing are used to ensure that the skin and embryo are removed, and the powder and skin are separated by an effective air suction system;

2) Sieving: separate materials according to different sizes and qualities;

3) Selection: according to the specific gravity of the material, the skin and broken embryo are separated from the material by the combined action of fish scale plate and air flow;

3. Grits making section: the process of fine grits, powder brushing, sieving and classified suspension is adopted.

1) Fine grits: the materials are broken into grits, and the endosperm (white spots) with smaller hardness are finely powdered;

2) Powder brushing: separating the white powder from the material;

3) Sieving: grading according to the size of materials;

4) Suspension: according to the specific gravity of the material, the micro skin is separated from the grits by air flow;

4. Milling section: multi pass grinding and sieving process.

1) Grinding: grinding the surface sand into powder;

2) Sieving: separating the ground powder from the material;

5. Measurement and packaging section: the warehouse can reduce the labor, and the measurement and packaging can be manual or electronic.

• Packing details

1. We will pack all single machine with the plastic film.

2.Fix the machine on the container for the safety of long-time transportation of goods.

3.Some special unit will be putted into the box to avoid any damage or missing.

4.Small parts will be putted into the bags, boxes or make special packaging.

5. According to customer requirements, each product is labeled with name and quantity.
