Using screening method to separate materials according to their particle size. After the material enters the eccentric cone funnel from the feeding pipe, it is scattered on the bulk grain plate. The bulk grain plate vibrates with the screen body, so that the material evenly falls on the bottom plate of the feeding box and flows to the upper screen plate along the bottom plate. The large-scale impurities flow into the outlet of the large-scale impurities discharge machine along the upper screen surface, and the materials passing through the upper screen hole fall onto the lower screen piece. The small-scale impurities fall onto the bottom plate of the screen box through the hole of the lower screen piece, and are discharged out of the machine through the fine impurities outlet. The pure materials flow directly into the net material outlet along the lower screen surface.
